2008 Willmar Car Club Show Results Results from the 28th Annual Willmar Car Show & Swap Meet - May 18, 2008 Best of Show awards were presented in the custom class and in the stock class during the twenty-eighth annual Willmar Car Club Car Show and Swap Meet held May 18 at Kennedy Elementary School in Willmar. Liane Yungerberg of Willmar won the Best of Show award in the custom class with a 1965 International Scout pickup. Richard Sullivan of Belview won the Best of Show award in the stock class with a 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 4 door. People’s Choice award in custom class went to John Eisele of Bloomington for his 1959 Cadillac Coupe deVille. People’s Choice award in stock class went to Kelly & Maia Rue of Paynesville for their 1955 Buick Special 2 door. The Club Participation award went to the Memories In Motion Car Club from Redwood Falls which had 10 vehicles entered. The Oldest Vehicle award went to Tom Tillma of Milan with a 1918 Ford Model T Touring. The Show Chairman’s Choice went to Jerome Bokelmann of Ham Lake with a 1934 Ford deluxe 4 door. The Traveling Trophy provided by Charlie & Jan Nelson for the Visiting Car Club Choice from the Willmar Car Club Show Display was presented to Doug Reese for his 1968 Dodge Dart GTS. The club making the choice was the Cold Spring Street Machines.
