This kit bolts on top of the factory coilover shock which will retain the factory ride and makes for a simple & smooth installation. This kit will raise the front of the truck 2” and allow proper clearance for a 33” tall tire. Spacers are made of 6061 aluminum for added strength and durability.

Fabtech’s proprietary steering knuckles are built with the finest American made ductile iron and will allow use of an 18” or 20” diameter wheel. Also included in these systems are sway bar brackets, impact struts, blocks and a u-bolt kit.

To enhance our extensive line of Super Duty suspension systems we have developed an entry level 4” Budget System for 2008-11 models

The 4” Budget System utilizes the factory front coil springs with a steel upper spacer providing 4” of lift. Radius Arm drop brackets retain the factory arms with correct caster setting for the increase ride height. System includes a Trac Bar relocation bracket that has been designed to center the axle under the vehicle and still works properly with the factory Pitman Arm. This eliminates the need to replace the Pitman Arm resulting in a lower cost and faster installation time. Rear lift is accomplished with lift blocks and extended length u-bolts.

These Coilover conversion mounts directly replace the stock Coil Spring buckets with super stout gusseted 1 3/4” tubing for exceptional strength. Coilover conversion system allows use of the Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover Shocks. To complete this high end Coilover conversion, opt for our hydraulic bump stops. This Coilover Shock System is compatible with our Radius Arm and 4 Link systems.

This 4 Link system allows the use of our replacement Coil Springs or our Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover Shock conversion. System also includes Billet Sway bar links, Trac Bar relocation bracket, Pitman Arm and more. Rear lift options include a block and U-bolt kit, or replacement rear leaf springs.

For the ultimate Super Duty suspension upgrade Fabtech offers a Coilover Conversion. These Coilover conversion mounts directly replace the stock Coil Spring buckets with super stout gusseted 1 3/4” tubing for exceptional strength. Coilover conversion system allows use of the Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover Shocks. To complete this high end Coilover conversion, opt for our hydraulic bump stops. This Coilover Shock System is compatible with our Radius Arm and 4 Link systems.

Large 2” OD heavy wall links feature race style 1” Uniballs for superior strength. Thick 1/4” steel brackets secure the 4 Links to the frame without cutting or welding. This 4 Link system allows the use of our replacement Coil Springs or our Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover Shock conversion. System also includes Billet Sway bar links, Trac Bar relocation bracket, Pitman Arm and more. Rear lift options include a rear block & U-bolt kit, and replacement rear leaf springs.

Obtain increased steering control and reduce front end shimmy from oversized tires and wheels with our Steering Stabilizer kit. Easy fit, heavy duty bracketry allows for quick installation.

Our Traction Bars are designed to reduce rear leaf spring axle wrap caused by lift blocks and oversized tires. Typically the travel cycle of the Super Duty rear axle is an arch. Fabtech’s exclusive traction bar shackle system allows the bars to float with the arched travel of the rear axle. This provides a non-binding, smooth highway ride, while still providing positive resistance to torque loads, reducing axle wrap and increasing tire traction.

Our Trac Bar has been designed for late model Super Duty’s with lift heights between 6” and 10” over stock. This adjustable design allows the front axle to be centered directly under the vehicle in small increments. The heavy duty construction utilizes the factory lower axle mount while the upper is compatible with all Fabtech Trac Bar brackets.

This 100% bolt on 8” 4 Link Coilover conversion system utilizes the same 2” OD Links with race style 1” spherical bearings as our late model Super Dutys system for superior strength. The 4 link arms attach to the frame with bolt on 1/4” thick steel brackets. The link arms are attached the factory front axle housing with massive 1/4” thick steel brackets that surround the housing and secure the 4 Link Arms for heavy offroad use. Due to the increased side load of a 4 Link suspension we include a replacement 2” OD Trac Bar with 1-1/4” Heims to properly locate the front axle throughout the travel range. The Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover shocks attach to the grame via a large hoop style shock bucket and to the axle, integrating into the 4 Link axle brackets. The factory sway bar is relocated with billet sway bar links while triple layer limiting straps control the extended wheel travel of the front suspension. This system will provide a substantial ride quality increase both on and offroad.
