Care of the Confused Hospitalised Older Person  Aim to improve care and reduce harm for confused hospitalised older persons  Pilot study funded by DVA innovation grant in collaboration with CEC and GP NSW  Model of Care targeting 5 key areas of care  Agreement on standardised cognitive screening and assessment tools on FirstNET  Education and training resources on ACI website 7

Orthogeriatric Model of Care  Orthogeriatric collaborative group formed to develop model of care for elderly hip fracture patients.

Minimising Restraint Use  Development of policy and associated documents to support minimising restraint use.  Collaboration with Ministry of Health Aged Care Integration Unit, Older Peoples Mental Health and ACI Neurosurgery Network.  Drafts submitted to Ministry of Health for endorsement
