TOWNSHIP OF UPPER DEERFIELD RESOLUTION 10-89 AUTHORIZING THE REFUNDING OF LOCAL BUIDING PERMIT FEES TO JOHN PATITUCCI WHEREAS, John Patitucci, property owner of 189 Rosenhayn Avenue, Block 2602 Lot 26, has requested a refund of his building permit fee as he has decided not to construct a pole barn at this time; and WHEREAS, Mr. Patitucci paid $301.00 for a building permit fee on December 4, 2009 which consists of a $39.00 fee that has been transmitted to the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs and $262.00 for the local building code fees NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Upper Deerfield Township, County of Cumberland and State of New Jersey on this 15th day of April, 2010, that the $262.00 local building permit fee be refunded to Mr. Patitucci for the property located at 189 Rosenhayn Avenue, Block 2602 Lot 26in the Township of Upper Deerfield.
