Before entering this candy shop of mechanical, leather, chrome and carbon fiber delights, bent on making your Triumph even more individual, please read the following: All Triumph accessories are designed, tested and launched in parallel with the bike they’re intended for. We don’t build a machine and then look around to see what we can bolt on. When it’s still taking shape out of wood and clay, so are the accessories.

Triumph Accessories. Shaken, not stirred But what may look great in theory has to work in practice – so that’s when we rock and roll: as always, the accessories have to live through the exact same endurance tests as the prototype bike. First up - and most hellish - we use a special endurance track that shrinks the equivalent of 120,000 miles of riding into just two weeks.

The track is unbelievably punishing - it simulates every bump, pothole, crater and variety of road surface a bike would normally encounter over its lifetime. And it doesn’t end there. Fully accessorized bikes are driven thousands of miles by Triumph test riders on road, off road, in all types of weathers, in the UK and overseas. Just to make sure everything performs like it has to in the real world. Some of those thousands of miles are deliberately ridden at speed to double check that no accessory compromises a bike’s safe handling and stability.

There are Quality Engineers at Triumph whose job it is to be totally, doggedly and - some would say - unreasonably hard to please. People whose desks are littered with dissected motorcycle parts and UV test results. It's their obsession to try and make sure you never have a problem with any Triumph Genuine Part or Accessory. At prototype stage, they X-ray apparently flawless castings looking for porosity; they subject bodywork to humidity and salt spray tests; they scour the world looking for the perfect fastener. And they regularly visit suppliers to make sure standards are being maintained. They are, quite simply, obsessed by quality.

This gorgeous system was designed in close partnership with Arrow and apart from looking great, it’s 60% lighter than the stock system and lets the Speed Triple breathe a little more freely, releasing even more power.

Self defense All Triumph Motorcycles are equipped as standard with an alarm connector block within the wiring harness. This allows the Triumph alarm system to be correctly installed onto the machine without modification of the wiring loom. The Triumph alarm system is a special development of the class leading S4 alarm system from Datatool. The Triumph alarms are designed specifically for each model to ensure compliance with insurance criteria, maximum security and quality of installation.

• Dual circuit, passive immobilization with delayed anti hot-wire detection • Remote controlled activation of the alarm system • Customer selectable pin override number in case of remote control loss or damage • Customer selectable passive immobilization or full alarm arming • Dealer selectable siren tone (8 tones) • Ferry mode, movement and nudge sensors can be removed when armed as an alarm • Hazard warning light function for emergencies • Three stage ‘sleep mode’, extends battery life • Low battery warning, to alert the owner if the machine’s battery starts to become discharged • Customer selectable ‘Winter Mode’, reduces current usage to a minimum for extended storage • Fully resin bonded design, combats water ingress and improves attack resistance • Metal siren nose cone, offering increased protection for the high power siren • Solid state movement sensor, adjustable through 4 stages of sensitivity • Adjustable nudge sensor, adjustable through 10 stages of impact level before ‘warn-away’ alert is activated • Number of nudges to full alarm reaction adjustable through 7 stages • Fully waterproof ergonomic remote control design • Ignition key can be fully integrated with remote control for added convenience • Auto re-arm, ensures protection remains at the level selected if accidentally disarmed • Up to 4 additional remote controls can be installed onto the system • Stolen or lost remote controls can easily be removed by your dealer to maintain security • Thatcham Category MC1 Compliant - Model specific • Compiled with the British Insurance industry’s criteria for Motorcycle security • SCM Approved - Model Specific
