July 2013 Dear Parents, Stafford Academy continually strives to offer fun and educational learning opportunities for our students throughout the school year. Some of these activities have minimal costs associated with them that are not covered through the normal student tuition and fees. These activities include but are not limited to the following: • • • • • • •
Student Field Trips (typically 4-6 during the year) Bus transportation expenses Supplies for Special Classroom Projects Art Supplies Tae Kwon Do (including belt testing fee for K-6) Music & Orchestra K-6 Field Day (end of year)
We are pleased to announce a new method that will simplify how parents pay for these types of fees. This will ultimately save parents money and will be easier for both parents and the school as we will no longer collect these participation fees throughout the school year. The following schedule shows a breakdown by class and payment options. Please note that this fee will cover all items above except for the instrument rental fees for students participating in orchestra.

PAYMENT PLANS: Option #1 – Single payment due August 15 Option #2 – Ten monthly payments August-May * * There is a $20 setup fee for option #2 (due with first payment)
