The course structure, curriculum and regulations of B.Tech and M.Tech programs are designed by institute through intense deliberation first at department level and then in the Senate and approved by this senate. The regulations are approved by the BOG

* Mechanism/ Norms and Procedure of democratic and good governance. * Student Feed Back on Institutional Governance/faculty performance.

The Institute has a transparent policy. Faculty, staff and students can approach higher authorities for any matter of concern. An overall feedback on learning environment and Course-wise students’ feedback are taken for all the courses in every semester, in a pre-designed format. The conclusive and quantitative report is prepared by Dean, Academics and informed to the concerned teacher for performance improvement and sustenance. The overall rating given by students has always been satisfactory. Suggestion Box is also available at the institute office for students’ community to communicate with authorities. Students also give feedback on email and each mail is replied by the Director. The regular meetings of the students and faculty with the institute administration are held for improving the governance. 1. As per this autonomous institute 924 no. of P-IV, 256 MBRAM, of Intel 915 Chipset, Multimedia PCS, with networking facility 900 10 48 Mbps wireless (24x7) MS Windows 2003, MS Windows XP, SQL Server, Oracle, V Studio, .Net, C++, Novell Netware, MS Office, Redhat Linux AS 4, Matlab, etc. HP Blade Servers, SUN Fire Server with Thin Client, Apple IPOD Mechanical workshop with all required tools/equipments is available covering fitting, carpentry, plumbing, welding, electrical wiring aspect as desired by AICTE & curriculum. The Institute has a 08 acres playground in the campus. Students play Football, Cricket, Basket Ball, Tennis and Volleyball in this ground. Indoor games like Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess, Carom and Boat Club etc entire facilities are also available. “Mind Spark”, technical event, Cultural Event, Annual Gathering, Fresher eve, graduation day functions are arranged in the Institute. Educational tour is conducted for students. Technical seminars, seminars on nontechnical subjects, personality development programmes for all teaching and non-teaching staff are also held.
