They will be given a receipt. * Participants may bid on any lot or vehicle they desire. (Each participant will be given a form that they must fill out, and an envelope in which to submit bids.) * All lots and vehicles will be numbered. * All items, except for vehicles, will be sold by lot. The purchase of individual items is not permitted. * Vehicles will be sold as individual items. * The buyer is responsible for paying any customs fees and duties due to the Government of Albania.
