Maybe that is the reason why Australia enjoys a multi cultural population that practices almost every religion. Talking of entering the country, everybody requires a visa in advance except for the people from New Zealand. Once you enter the country, there is just so much to explore. First of all, Australia is one of the countries where you can enjoy wildlife in their natural setting. The exclusivity of the flora and fauna on the island comes from the fact of it being isolated from the rest of the world. Who does not know about Kangaroos and Koalas, right? Australia is not only famous for its landmarks such as Sydney Harbour Bridge or the Opera House but is also known for old lanes and the modern art that decorate them and in some ways define the culture of the cities. One such is Hosier Lane in Melbourne which cannot be missed. Not only that, there are some beautiful beaches such as Bondi Beach in Sydney, which is quite famous among surfers. There are also some thermal pools such as Berry Springs & Mataranka that are a treat especially because of their setting. Ranging from Chinese, Thai, Italian to Greek, Indian and Lebanese; the restaurants here serve almost every cuisine. Australian people love their beer and you will love it too once you get a chance to drink different varieties available. Wines are also a part of food culture here. Kings Park and Botanic Garden

Fraser Ave, Perth, WA, Australia King's Park and Botanical Garden celebrants the floral biodiversity in Western Australia and is also does its bit for plant conservation. One of the most popular tourist attractions in Perth, it is the pride and joy of Perth. The park spreads over 400 acres of bush filled expanse, and makes for a lovely picnic spot on sunny days. There are plenty or tracks and ascent of stairs from where one can enjoy magnificent views of the city and the Swan River. 

The Botanic Garden lies at the heart of the park. It contains more than 2000 species of plants, all of which are indigenous to the region. The colourful wildflowers add a vibrant splash to the scene. A special mention goes to the Lotterywest Federation Walkway that includes a stunning steel and glass bridge that passes through a canopy of Eucalyptus trees.  Apart from these, visitors can enjoy numerous activities like an open-air theatre, free guided walking tours, cycling tracts, children's play area and much more.

Sydney Opera House

Sydney Opera House Bennelong Point, NSW , Sydney A multi-venue performing arts centre, Sydney Opera House's name is almost synonymous to its city. It will not be wrong to call this as the busiest performing arts centre as it gives a stage to around 1500 performances each year. It provides a venue for majorly four resident companies, Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Sydney Theatre Company, The Australian Ballet and the Opera Australia. The place not only houses so much of creativity but is also one of the major attractions of the city recording around 7 million people as visitors every year. No wonder, it was announced a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the year 2007. Located close to the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge, the attraction is known for its contemporary and unique architecture. The structure is supposed to be one of the best exhibitions of modern expressionist design and is considered to be among the most distinctive buildings of the 20th century. Not only large state of the art stages, but the buildings also has recording studios, restaurants/cafes, retail outlets and bars/pubs. The place is famous for its first time performances. The attractions was formally opened by Elizabeth II, the queen of Australia and the opening ceremony included the performance of famous Beethoven's Symphony No. 9. During the 2000 Summer Olympics, the Opera House acted as a focal point for many of the trialthon activities.
