MK6 Automatic cutting & preforming machine for reeled and axial components The MK6 machine is designed for precision preforming of loose and reeled axial components. The MK6 is adapted to medium and large recurrent series components production requirements. The MK6 can be supplied in any one of the standard version according to the customer requirements.
Technical characteristics — Production rate : 45.000 components per hour for the components on reel and less than 5 mm diameter. — Geometric adjustment by graduated verniers. — Variable speed and components counter (option). — Variable speed motor : 1 to 23 tr/mn. — Reel holder arm. — Loose feeding device (option). — Dimensions : H = 280 mm x L = 580 mm x l = 400 mm. — Power supply : 220 VAC / 50 Hz single-phase. — Weight : 67 kg. — Security : conform to EC standards. — Military approval. — Preforming tools : .
