STALLION ENERGY'S MICROGEL BENTONITE POWDER is Sodium base Bentonite powder, originated from Kutch District of Gujarat (The best Bentonites available in India) It is mined and processed specially for foundry applications. MICROGEL BENTONITE POWDER is used as foundry green sand binder for all kind of mould compaction methods. The high Montmorillonite content of MICROGEL BENTONITE POWDER gives high swelling value with excellent thermal stability. Due to high Montmorillonite content the addition of Bentonite gets reduced and always maintains good active clay level. To the foundry man this means good compaction and better thermal stability, good clean knockout and good permeability. Better Thermeability is obtained with generation of lesser dead clay.
