[email protected] Abstract This research was conducted to investigate the effect of estrous cow serum (ECS) and estrous mare serum (EMS) compared to combination of Follicle Stimulating Hormone-Luteinizing Hormone-Estrogen (FSH-LH-E2) supplementation in Tissue Culture Medium-199 (TCM-199) in Madura cattle oocytes in vitro maturation and its fertilization. Based on the maturation rate, fertilization rate and cleavage rate, the result showed that IVF technique could be routinely operated: due to being economically very expensive FSH=LH-E2 could be substituted using EMS or ECS as a supplementation in TCM-199 of IVF medium.
