Capacity and Capacity Building:





- First need to specifically define relevant capacity (capaci+es). There is a lot of confusion with assump+ons on what it means – causes problems.





- Then decide if, why and how capacity can be increased if insufficient. Then determine how to do this expedi+ously, effec+vely and efficiently.





- The following are more specific to archaeology, but also apply to art & architecture history, museology, cura+on, anthropology, etc.



- Assess qualita+ve and quan+ta+ve changes and impacts. Adjust.
