A refrigerated pizza prep table is the ideal set up to keep all your pizza dough cool underneath, your ingredients readily available and have the counter space to make the pizza. With the Concessionaire the most ideal complimentary piece of equipment is transported right on the trailer. All stainless steel front, top and ends. Matching aluminum finished back. Stainless steel, patented, foam insulated flat lids keep pan temperatures colder, lock in freshness, and minimize condensation.

In addition, we have designed the trailer to have a retractable ramp which allows you to roll the pizza prep table out of storage. Once you have unloaded this table, you have thefreedom and ease to modify and adapt your workflow to accommodate each individual venue.

A 50% deposit is needed prior to your order being fully processed.

• We have gone to the full extent to ensure trailer stability and a securely-incorporated oven. Safety is our paramount goal. Right from the beginning our focus has always been safety. The foundation of our product is the trailer. We sourced one of the most experiences custom trailer manufacture in the country. All of our trailers meet NATM requirements thus exceeding Federal Highway Safety Standards. • It is not worth your assuming liability should something happen to someone in an accident. You also run the risk of jeopardizing your business if the equipment should break. When you leave that part of the business to us you’ll have us to fall back on. We have a tried and true design that has over 200,000 miles on it. We can build anything you would like - and rest-assured that it will be built according to code, it will be well thought-out and of course, it will match your vision.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY We have shipped trailers to all 4 corners of the US. We can assist you in bringing your trailer over the US/ Canadian border as well. Their are no fixed shipping rates. Basically, shipping rates depend on a number factors (size and load of truck/ rush delivery) thus rates can be just under 50 cents a mile up to $1.20 a mile. How long does it take to cure? • We air cure your oven once the final materials have been applied. The second type of curing consists of burning a succession of fires prior to using your oven. This process can take up to a week.

Turn around time • Our quote time is approximately 8 weeks to completion. There is a great deal of excitement that builds prior to a client receiving their trailer. There is also a great amount of preparation that is needed prior to having your first event. In the end - the more time you give us and yourself, the better. Factor in approximately 2 months for us to build and 1 month for you to prepare. Due to certain circumstances, it may take longer than 8 weeks to complete your trailer.

Is there a warranty? • Yes. Every model carries a 5 years parts and labor warranty on the trailer. Forno Bravo ovens come with a 2 year warranty. Within this period if for whatever reason your trailer/oven needs hands on attention we will make arrangements to fly out or have a trained professional address the issue.

NATM has worked to improve the trailer industry through the compliance and promotion of the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards. To earn NATM approval we are required to build our mobile pizza ovens in compliance with NATM standards which ensures your ovens securing and dynamic towing stability. There is this gross lack of understanding - a trailer is a motor vehicle it and it has to perform and operate safely under the same conditions and standards as a car or truck. Over building something is as dangerous as not taking every detail into consideration. The Association is organized to promote, both to the industry and to the public, a universal recognition of safety and quality in the trailer manufacturing industry. Through engineering calculations, testing, choice of materials, and specific manufacturing processes NATM trailers exceed industry standards. By being in compliance with NATM guidelines they are granted the U.S. DOT’s Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) certification.
