The Academy’s courses are intensive and are specially designed to help the candidate apply examination technique. Courses are mostly conducted over a weekend to minimize the need for candidates to take additional time off work.

Jarosław has been working for Ernst & Young since 1996. At the beginning of his career Jarosław gained professional experience specialising in audit and review of financial statements, performing due diligence and other projects for companies from industrial and service sectors.

Louis has been working for Ernst & Young since 2012. At the beginning of his career Louis gained professional experience specializing in investment banking sector, constructing valuation models for banks, insurers, asset managers and service firms.

Jarosław’s main area of specialization is International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He is a director of post-graduate IFRS studies organized in partnership with the Warsaw School of Economics for key players of the energy and mining industries in Poland.

Louis is actively involved in equity capital market, debt capital market, debt restricting and leverage financing transactions. He is advisor to EFG Eurobank in announced M&A transactions.

Constantinos is specialised in IPOs and listing of a number of important clients on organised Stock Exchanges in Cyprus and abroad. He has an extensive experience in consultancy services involving capital restructuring, strategic planning and company valuations.

Charter Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder – CFA Institute

Brian is involved in training internal Ernst & Young staff and clients for professional exams (ACCA accounting and auditing papers). He is conducting training courses in many countries, including Poland, Hungary, the Middle East, Latvia and Lithuania.

Brian has a portfolio of large audit clients in the engineering, communications, manufacturing, food processing and leisure industries. He is responsible for planning, completion and review of these clients.

From 2005 - Associate professor, Corvinus University Budapest 1999 - 2004 - Department of Investments and Corporate Finance, University of Economic Sciences and Public Administration.
