Yes List of documents to be presented in this order One long stay application form legibly and fully completed, dated and signed by the applicant plus two colour passport size photographs showing the full face, forehead, hairline and ears on a white background. All applicants should mention their personal mobile and/or landline telephone numbers on the visa application form. If the file is presented by a travel agent, it should also state the telephone number of the relevant agent Original passport, issued less than ten years ago and valid for at least three months after the intended return date to India from the Schengen zone. It must have a minimum of two blank pages (face to face). A photocopy of the front and back pages with applicant's address must be submitted. If applicable, copies of observation pages, plus copies of valid and expired visas for all Schengen countries, the United Kingdom and the United States of America, must also be shown. This document, signed and stamped, should be addressed to the student and mention his/her full name and address and be printed on institutional letterhead. This document has to be obtained at the city hall ("Mairie") in France. The original needs to be stamped by this consulate to be valid and should be presented upon arrival in France or - a sworn statement from the landlord/landlady confirming that you will be staying with him/her during your entire stay in France plus a copy of the following documents from the landlord/landlady: passport, “Titre de séjour” if applicable, copy of his personal lease or title of ownership, copy of a utility bill in his name (electricity, gas or landline telephone) or - a hotel reservation and necessary resources to cover the costs or - lease or rental agreement in the applicants name or - a letter from the school or university in France stating that you will be staying on campus or in student housing provided by the school or university, with the full address Financial guarantee - a notarized letter, with the provider’s exact name and relation to student, personal address, e-mail and telephone number, certifying that the applicant will be granted a monthly allowance of at least the equivalent in Euro of 45,000 Indian Rupees for the entire duration of his/her stay in France. A copy of the latest personal three months bank statement of the provider, (who cannot be the school itself) must be attached. The provider must already have secured the full amount of money on his/her bank account, covering the whole stay of the applicant in France or - proof of personal income of at least the equivalent in Euros of 45,000 Indian Rupees per month for the entire duration of the stay in France or - Scholarship and financial aid students: letter of scholarship award specifying the amount and the duration, issued by the financial aid office of the student applicant’s home school/university
