Weaving standard supplies for all weaving classes • Schacht Rigid Heddle loom 20” or bigger. Rental for any one day class is $5.00. • Non-retractable 60” tape measure •Scarves will be approximately 8” wide and 70” long with 6” fringe. If fringe is not desired there will be a demonstration on sewing ends with a sewing machine. • Towels can be for kitchen use or face towels. They will be approximately 18” x 25” and will need to be hemmed by hand or on the sewing machine. • Schacht looms are available to order through Tangle and all class participants will be given a $20 off coupon to use towards the purchase of a loom.

Weaving 101 {noro scarf} ❤ Sundays, January 12 & 19, 9am-12pm Instructor: BJ Lester $60, pattern included Learn to weave while creating a beautiful scarf with Noro yarn. Bring: 2 skeins of Noro Silk Garden, loom with #8 dent heddle (bring your own or rent one)

Hooking or Punch intro to hooking or punch {mat or trivet} ❤ Saturdays, March 22 and April 12, 12-3pm $78, pattern and monk cloth included Instructor: Judy Brock With rug weight yarn, create a floral designed bag or pillow using the hook or punch technique.  The mat will be about 12” square.  You decide whether you want the end product to be a bag or a pillow. Bring: Rug hook ($7 each and available at class time) or Oxford Punch, sharp pointed scissors, a large (12 inches or so) embroidery hoop, a yarn needle that will accommodate rug weight yarn, long pins (often used in quilting) and at least four different colors of rug weight yarn such as Peruvia Quick. NOTE: Frames will be available for rent which can be used in place of the hoop if desired.

hooking with wool strips {wool pillow} ❤ Sat, Feb 8, 12 to 3 PM, Sat, Feb 15 and 22, 12 to 2 Friday, & Feb 28, 10 to 12 Instructor: Judy Brock $60 + $46 for top of pillow with wool sewn around edges and pattern printed on monks cloth. Learn to hook with wool strips, like traditional rug hooking while making this cute pillow. Bring: 14 inch hoop or other hooking frame if you already have one, sharp pointed bent scissors, rug hook, approximately six braided hanks of #8 wool strips in 3-5 colors (two of the same color for the primary color). •Classes size is limited, so please call ahead or come into the store to register. • To reserve your space, full payment for the class is due at the time you register. •If you need to cancel, this must be done 7 days prior to the class in order to receive a refund in the form of store credit. •A full refund in the form of the original payment will be provided in the event the class is cancelled by Tangle or we can sign you up for a different class. •Our limited space makes it impossible to provide for children during classes. All classes are for ages 16+ unless otherwise specified. •If you need additional assistance to complete the class project, private instruction is available at $20.00 per hour and should be scheduled with your teacher. •Class members receive a 10% discount on all materials bought on class day or in preparation for a class.
