A book-length manuscript on patterns of family change. This manuscript focuses upon the U.S., and follows the model set up in The Myth of Family Decline--making projections up through 2050. Tentative title: Family Change in the 21st Century: Myths About the Past, Fears About the Future–contract with Pine Forge Press. Dissecting Social Statistics, with Ross Koppel and Sharon Birch, and work on one chapter by Pragati Desai. This book is aimed at undergraduate sociology students and might be used to supplement the text in introductory sociology, social problems, or research methods courses. Forthcoming, Oxford University Press (2012?).
