Optimization for an AT&T Wireless GSM/GPRS system in the Detroit area using Nokia equipment. Optimization was implemented using Nokia SAM/TOM, TEMS and the Nokia NMS. Responsible for 150 of 450+ sites using techniques such as power control, neighbor analysis, BSIC and frequency changes implemented directly on NMS. Designed drive test routes and filled in as a „data collector‟ occasionally. Worked directly with „drive testers‟, „data collectors‟ and other engineers to ensure optimal collection. Responsibilities include drive testing, CW testing, RF propagation planning, power control, channel assignments and neighbor planning in both RSA‟s and MSA‟s.
