Duties include site qualification/objectives, antenna selection, analysis of drive data and “stealthing” creativity to help ensure approval from the Boston zoning board. Interfaced with drive testers, performance and spectrum engineers, site acquisition specialists and lawyers in order to prepare plots and other data for presentation at hearings to the Boston and surrounding area‟s zoning boards.

AT&T / Nokia - O2 Wireless Contract RF Engineer

Optimization for an AT&T Wireless GSM/GPRS system in the Detroit area using Nokia equipment. Optimization was implemented using Nokia SAM/TOM, TEMS and the Nokia NMS. Responsible for 150 of 450+ sites using techniques such as power control, neighbor analysis, BSIC and frequency changes implemented directly on NMS. Designed drive test routes and filled in as a „data collector‟ occasionally. Worked directly with „drive testers‟, „data collectors‟ and other engineers to ensure optimal collection. Analysis also included existing TDMA network data. 2

US Cellular - Dataworkforce Contract RF Engineer

US Cellular is a TDMA/CDMA/AMPS network using Nortel equipment. Some duties included propagations for zoning meetings using MapInfo and Wizard. New cell site placement and antenna/site optimization. Drafting extension agreements and FCC/601 filings. Network included several hundred cell sites.

RF planning and optimization of 60+ GSM/PCS1900 cell sites. Experienced in bandwidthlimited situations. Responsibilities include drive testing, CW testing, RF propagation planning, power control, channel assignments and neighbor planning in both RSA‟s and MSA‟s. Drive testing to analyze propagation data and field test data post process. Analysis to meet capacity/blocking and C/I ratio and quality objectives. Determine antenna configuration, engineering parameters and equipment capacity needs and upgrades to maintain optimal system performance. Microwave avoidance coordination. Determine site search areas, height, antenna type and power needs. Regularly attend city zoning meetings for site acquisition aid.
