4. Conclusion In this paper, a simple monopole antenna

with

wideband impedance and pattern bandwidth has been developed and tested. The impedance bandwidth and radiation patterns of the antenna have been measured and presented.

The designed antenna has a simple

configuration and is easy

to fabricate which make it

suitable for various mobile communication applications, antenna is capable of supporting Tactical SDR, GSM, IMT-2000,

UMTS

WiBro,

WLAN,

and

DMB
