2 Days Phnom Penh Tour - Main Sites & Excursion Day 01 - Morning: Phnom Penh Full day Sightseeing Breakfast at PATIO Hotel & Urban Resort, meeting your Tour Guide around 08:00AM at the reception desk. Depart from the hotel lobby to visit Royal Palace compound build in 1866 by the Predecessors of King Norodom, located on the shores of the Mekong. Inside its walls is the throne Hall the Chan Chaya Pavilion, used for performances of the classical dance, the Napoleon III Pavilion and the king and Queen’s residential quarters. Next stop will be the Silver Pagoda, home to a glittering array to Buddhist statuary. The Silver Pagoda is also called the Pagoda of the Emerald Buddha it is locates in the walls of the Royal Palace inside; its floor is made up of 5,000 silver blocks. In the center of the pagoda there is a magnificent 17the century emerald Buddha statue made of baccarat crystal. The walls enclosing the pagoda are covered with frescoes depicting episodes from the Khmer version of the Ramayana. Then, we continue to visit National Museum, home to the world’s leading collection of Khmer sculpture. Situated near the Royal Palace, Cambodia’s National Museum offers a charming setting for a stunning collection of Khmer art. Predominantly worked in stone, the sculptures date from both the Angkorean and pre-Angkorean eras, complimented by more recent examples of Cambodia art. Museum is housed in a terracotta-roofed structure of traditional Cambodian design, which was built between 1917 and 1920, After that, visit Wat Phnom, built in 1443 to enshrine a sacred hair of the Buddha, When the Khmer Rouge evacuated Phnom Penh in 1975, they vandalized the building and murdered the Abbot along with many of the 500 monks who lived there, and we go to see Victory, Friendship, and Independence Monument.

Day 02 - Meet your tour guide at 08:00AM at PATIO Hotel & Urban Resort. Option 1: Tonle Bati Tonle Bati is a small lake about 30 km south of Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. It is a popular weekend destination for the local population. It is also a popular fishing spot for both tourists and people who live locally. Close to the lake, there is a temple, Ta Prohm, built in the 12th century by Jayavarman VII. It is located off the highway to Takeo, and then visit the Russian Market (PsarToul Tum Pong) is an excellent place to pick up a few bargains, especially antiques, souvenirs and cheap brand-name clothes and there is a good range of trousers, skirts, shirts, T-shirts, boxer shorts and shoes.
