Chanakya's 7 Secrets of Leadership as the title suggests, is the sequel to the widely acclaimed Corporate Chanakya that imparts the teachings of the 4th century BC leadership guru's treatise Arthashastra that speaks of good governance based on ideal leadership. Radhakrishnan Pillai from the University of Mumbai's Department of Philosophy, is the founder-director of the Chanakya Institute of Public Leadership (CIPL).
