Q. What are the 2 holes on the bottom of the Magnetic Energy Cup? A. The holes are a part of the mold for manufacturing purposes only. Q. How far away should I keep the Magnetic Energy Cup from electronic equipment? A. Although the Magnetic Energy Cup is somewhat shielded, we recommend keeping it at least 2 feet away from computer towers not the monitor unless the memory drive is located there as in some Macintosh computers. Also keep it away from all laptop computers, electronic organizers or any electronic equipment with a memory. Fully read all product information on electronic equipment to be sure you are complying with manufacturer’s recommendations. Q. Can someone with an electronic heart pacemaker use the cup? A. Check with your doctor. The safest thing to do in this case we do not recommend using the cup to directly drink from. Instead have someone else charge the liquid in the cup and transfer it into a regular cup so the person with the pacemaker never actually touches the cup! Leave liquids in the Magnetic Energy Cup for 5 minutes or more to receive a 'charge' then pour the liquid into a glass or a regular cup to drink from. The liquids will retain the charge for up to 30 minutes. It might be ok for the person with a pacemaker to use the cup but keep there arms extended transferring the water. Q. How long does the Magnetic Energy Cup last? A. The natural earth magnets in the Magnetic Energy Cup will retain 98% of full strength for approximately 120 years. Q. Is there any way to damage the magnets? A. If the cup sustains a high impact or very high temperatures of over 200 degrees for a long enough period of time the magnets could lose their strength. Q.
