Resurrectional Apolytikion Tone One When the stone had been sealed by the Jews, And the soldiers were guarding Your most sacred Body, O Savior You arose on the third day and gave life to the world. Wherefore the powers of the heavens cried to You O Giver of Life. Glory to Your Resurrection, O Christ, Glory to Your Kingdom, Glory to Your dispensation, O You Who alone are merciful. Church Hymn (Troparion of Pentecost) Blessed are You O Christ our God Who has shown the fishermen as wise men By sending down Your Holy Spirit upon them And through them, the whole world You drew into Your net O Lover of mankind, glory to You. Kontakion From my Father's glory I have foolishly turned away. By my sins I squandered all the riches he gave me. Therefore like the prodigal I cry out to him; I have sinned before You, compassionate Father. Accept my repentance, and take me back again as one of Your hired servants. EPISTLE READING St. Paul's First Letter to the Corinthians 6:12-20 Brethren, "all things are lawful for me," but not all things are helpful. "All things are lawful for me," but I will not be enslaved by anything. "Food is meant for the stomach and the stomach for food" -- and God will destroy both one and the other. The body is not meant for immorality, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body. And God raised the Lord and will also raise us up by his power. Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I therefore take the members of Christ and make them members of a prostitute? Never! Do you not know that he who joins himself to a prostitute becomes one body with her? For, as it is written, "The two shall become one flesh." But he who is united to the Lord becomes one spirit with him. Shun immorality. Every other sin which a man commits is outside the body; but the immoral man sins against his own body. Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, which you have from God? You are not your own; you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body and in your spirit which belong to God. GOSPEL READING Luke 15:11-32

THE CONFESSION OF FAITH (Nicene-Constantinopolitan Creed) I believe in one God, Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, and of all things visible and invisible. And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only-begotten Son of God, begotten of the Father before all ages; Light of Light, true God of true God, begotten, not created, of one essence with the Father through Whom all things were made. Who for us men and for our salvation came down from heaven and was incarnate of the Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary and became man. He was crucified for us under Pontius Pilate, and suffered and was buried; And He rose on the third day, according to the Scriptures. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father; And He will come again with glory to judge the living and dead. His kingdom shall have no end. And in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the Creator of life, Who proceeds from the Father, Who together with the Father and the Son is worshipped and glorified, Who spoke through the prophets. In one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church. I confess one baptism for the forgiveness of sins. I look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the age to come. Amen.

Sunday Service Schedule and Teams When coming to Church on Sundays, families oftentimes disperse to fulfill commitments and duties. While these commitments and duties are important, Father Bill has set a priority of having families worship God together. To facilitate this, a schedule has been created so that family members who volunteer on Sundays will be assigned to serve on the same Sundays as their family members.
