The self-testing “intelligent” luminaires are suitable for large modern buildings where a large number of reliable luminaires with a minimum maintenance cost are required. A very sophisticated, high technology microprocessor monitors and measures all basic operation circuitry, essential for the good operation of the luminaires. Automatically and without any interventions, three tests are carried out.

The GR-650 is a one loop, 16 zone control panel suitable for addressable luminaires. On the loop can be connected up-to 240 points in total, 208 of which can be luminaires or isolators and the others can be input-output units. Each device that is connected to the loop must have its own address. The luminaires are addressed directly from the panel, whereas the other devices have microswitches that are used for address setting. > The luminaires are tested by the panel at pre-programmed time periods. The CONVERTERS are mechanisms that gives us the capability of converting a common luminaire with an 18W to 58W fluorescent tube, to an emergency luminaire. They can cooperate with electronic or conventional ballasts. They have an incorporated battery charger and a change over relay, that automatically lights the lamp in emergency mode, when there is a power failure. Their autonomous duration depends on the battery type and the lamp used.

The BS-418 burglar alarm panel is the central panel of the system. On this unit we can connect all other devices which are used for activation (IR motion detectors, magnetic and impact traps) or indication and warning (sirens and telephone dialers) purposes. The panel can either be wall or recess (with A-632 base) mounted. The panel fully protects the monitored area via its six zones and the 24 hour zone. The connection wires are monitored continuously for open and short circuit conditions and the ANTI-TAMPER function assures that all the peripherals are not tampered with. The radars require 4 wires for connection purposes. Two wires are used for the power supply and two for the signal. The six zones of the panel can be used for connecting the IR motion detectors (radars) and the magnetic traps. If we want to install fire detection sensors such as the BS-655/12 or BS-660/12, then zone 6 must only be set to operate as a fire detection zone. The siren requires five wires for its installation. Two wires are used for the 12 VDC power supply, 1 wire for the isolation of the siren during the installation procedure and two for the TAMPER outputs. The magnetic traps are connected to the panel with 2 wires and give an alarm signal if the wires are cut. The TAMPER outputs of the peripherals are connected to the 24 hour zone. In this way we can connect IR motion detectors or magnetic traps that will operate on a 24 hour basis. We can also connect up-to 4 BS-428 control keyboards, each one with its own access code, to the panel. The keyboard has full control capabilities over the panel. It has a 4 digit LED display as well as 9 indication LEDs. (Power, Z1,Z2,Z3,Z4,Z5,Z6,SCI and CPU). Each keyboard can be programmed: - One general access code for ON-OFF operation and zone selection - One fire detection access code - Six auxiliary codes with ON-OFF control and zone selection with automation capabilities

The electric insect traps are used to exterminate various disturbing insects. They have special insect attracting black light tubes used to attach insects from a greater distance. They can be used in any area where many insects exist. They have an internal grid with a high voltage (2 to 4KV depending on the model) and an external grid used for protecting humans ,animals ,birds that might come close. They protect us from all types of insects that are attracted by the special light (mosquitoes ,flies, gnats, e.t.c.) without using any chemicals. The incorporated insect collecting drawer can be easily removed and cleaned when it is full. They are mounted on a high and visible area in order to attract as many insects as possible.

ELECTRIC INSECT TRAPS WITH SPECIAL GLUE

In the food and beverage industry it is mandatory to adhere to HACCP regulation, according to which it is prohibited to use chemicals and high voltage grids in the construction of electric insect traps. In replacement to the high voltage grid, a special factory inspected glue trap is used. The respective legislative regulation are ÔL/195/97-CE93/43 and 96/3 of European council on the 14th of June 1993. This specific legislation is mandatory for the whole of the food industry as well as the food service industry (restaurants, candy shops, bakeries, meat and super markets e.t.c). The new product RT-1 combines the use as a portable insect trap and as a night light . It’s blue light has a special frequency which attracts insects and offers a special replaceable trap sheet. The coverage area is approximately one room.

EXPORT TERMS OF SALES The following conditions shall apply to any estimates, offers or acknowledged orders prepared in connection with any sales made outside Greek Territory by Olympia Electronics S.A. 1. GENERAL CONDITIONS By ordering goods, the buyer simultaneously proceeds to the acceptance of the export sales terms herein contained, regardless of any conditions, which may appear on the buyer's documents and subject to any special conditions accepted in writing. 2. PURCHASE ORDERS The orders should be sent to Olympia Electronics in writing via e-mail or fax. In case that an order is lower than the amount of EURO 1000,00 then the buyer is charged EURO 55,00 fixed administrative cost. 3. PURCHASE ORDER CANCELLATION Olympia Electronics reserves the right to cancel an order in case that information is given by a data bank that the customer faces serious financial problems. 4. DISPATCH OF AN ORDER The delivery terms vary by case and depend on the agreement between Olympia Electronics and the buyer. The terms in force are indicated on the invoice. 5. PRICES Valid prices are the ones that are mentioned in the official export price list of Olympia Electronics. Olympia Electronics reserves the right to make any modification. 6. TERMS OF PAYMENT Terms of payment are specified on the invoice. In case that the buyer does not apply the specified terms of payment, Olympia Electronics reserves the right to issue an extra invoice charging customer the legal expenses for a period equal to the delay of the outstanding payment.

9. WARRANTY 3 year guarantee for Emergency luminaires & 2 years for Fire detection products, Burglar alarm & all the other products. Olympia Electronics guarantees the quality, condition and operation of the goods. The period of warranty is specified in the official catalogue of Olympia Electronics and also in the technical leaflet, which accompanies each product. This warranty ceases to exist if the buyer does not follow the technical instructions included in official documents given by Olympia Electronics or if the buyer modifies the goods provided or has any repairs or re-setting done by a third party, unless Olympia Electronics has fully agreed to them in writing. The defected goods can be returned only after a written confirmation by Olympia Electronics. Olympia Electronics reserves the right to repair or to replace the returned goods and to or not charge the buyer depending on the reason of defection. Olympia Electronics reserves the right to charge or not the buyer the transportation cost. 10. LEGAL DISPUTES In case of disputes arising from the interpretation or the performance of the contract agreed upon, Thessaloniki Greek court will be the only competent court. 11. INSURANCE In case of any damage during delivery, the client must not sign for the collection of the goods so as Olympia Electronics to be able to claim this damage from the insurance company, Ïtherwise Olympia Electronics is not responsible for the damage.

7. SAMPLES Each potential buyer has the right to receive free of charge samples with value not exceeding EURO 50,00. The transportation cost of the samples is charged to the potential buyer. 8. LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY Olympia Electronics is not responsible in case of mistreatment or bad operating conditions of goods by the buyer. Therefore the buyer cannot take any action against Olympia Electronics
