SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIALS Supplemental Figure S1. Complete phylogenetic tree based on complete or nearly complete genomes of 341 Enterovirus D68 strains available in GenBank as of October 2016. Phylogenetic tree was constructed by the unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic averages (UPGMA) clustering method using the BioNumerics software (version 7.6, Applied Maths, Belgium). Enterovirus strains EV-D70 and EV-D90 were used as outgroup. The numbers at each branch node are the % of nucleotide sequence identify. Country abbreviations: CAN: Canada; CHN: China; FRA: France; HTI: Haiti; JPN: Japan; MEX: Mexico; NLD: The Netherlands; NZL: New Zealand; THA: Thailand; TWN: Taiwan; USA: United States of America.
