Establishing connectivity between Quicken and Morgan Stanley Online is a quick and easy process. Follow these steps to get started.
You will need to repeat these steps for each account held at Morgan Stanley.
1. Open Quicken and select “Add Account” from the Tools menu.
2. Choose Brokerage as your Account Type.

3. On the first Add Brokerage Account screen, choose “Morgan Stanley Wealth Management” from the list of financial institutions, then click “Next.”
4. On the next Add Brokerage Account screen, enter your Morgan Stanley Online user name and password as well as your new Morgan Stanley account number. Remember: When entering the Morgan Stanley account number, only the first nine digits should be used, without spaces or dashes.
5. Click “Connect” and follow the prompts to download your data.
