Professional 2.0 Course The AppSense Professional 2.0 course is a comprehensive administrator and basic troubleshooting course, providing the necessary foundation to administer and maintain user virtualisation solutions using AppSense DesktopNow. We assume no previous knowledge or experience working with or administering DesktopNow. The course starts with basic concepts and tasks, with each module adding additional features and complexity.
Specialist 2.0 Course The AppSense Specialist 2.0 course is an intermediate to advanced level deployment, implementation and troubleshooting course. We assume students already possess the knowledge and skills to administer and maintain a user virtualisation solution using AppSense DesktopNow. The course teaches the knowledge and skills necessary to assess an environment, determine the requirements, plan and perform a deployment and implementation, and troubleshoot an environment.
AppSense Certification AppSense has developed a global three tier certification programme for customers and partners to enable Appsense partners to demonstrate their ability to implement, configure and administer the Virtual User Infrastructure (VUI), and Appsense users to manage their environments. They require a combination of classroom sessions, practical hands-on use and shadowing of live projects. These certifications link in to the new requirements for the AppSense CSP partner program.
