Location: 1711 Chico Lane, Pahrump 89060 Phone: 702.622.5594 - Email: [email protected] All Viper Club members are invited to the party even if you’re not driving at the track. Please R.S.V.P to your Regional President to make sure there is plenty for everyone! Saturday, June 5th: 3.1 Mile Track 6:00 AM: arrive at track. Driver’s meeting at 6:30. Track goes hot at 7 AM. 11:30 – 1 PM, catered lunch at the track, this is included in your track fee - guests $15 per person. Plenty of time to refuel in town. Track goes cold at 3:00 PM. Start/finish is 3R, the same as the 2.7 track. Drivers drive the entire" black" course, no driving on red sections. 6:00 PM: Dinner at Southern Nevada’s newest and most exciting restaurant, Tommasino’s in Pahrump. www.TomSaitta.com Sunday, June 6th: 2.7 Mile Perimeter Track: Sunday’s track schedule is the same as Saturday’s. Start/finish is located at 3R. On the back straight beginning at 7R, cars drive straight across the short red section (13) bypassing the black “infield” track. Drivers continue driving the rest of the black track diagram. (Ignore all other red sections.) Track Requirements / Fees: This year, Spring Mountain is making it easier for us to enjoy the track and save time. As a guest of Spring Mountain, the daily track fees now include a continental breakfast and catered lunch for $100! Non-driving friends pay only $15 for their lunch. All track fees paid upon check-in at the track. Driving suits are required by the track's insurance company for all drivers and passengers. The track has a small number of driving suits it can rent. You can call ahead and check availability (888) 856-5870; or you can buy one at G-Force Racing Gear. Prices for an SFI rated suit starts at about $110, a very good investment. Don't forget your Snell 2000 (or better) rated helmet (no motorcycle helmets please). We will have Spring Mountain driving instructors available for "in car" instruction for our group if anyone would like. These would be on your dime at $250.00 per day payable to the track (this is track cost). You can share an instructor and cost with a friend/s, i.e. $250 divided among four drivers - only $62.50 each session. We will need to know in advance those wanting professional in car driving instruction and for how many sessions - please let us know ASAP so the track can make arrangements. If you are a "newbie" to driving at a race track, instruction is required for at least the first two sessions. We will plan to do lead - follow sessions for the beginner / intermediate group the first session and maybe the second session, depending on your input. Viper convertibles have been OK'd by the track. 2|Page
