CT Scuderia After Sale Service 305-935-5801 Limited Warranty (Valid in USA) This timepiece is warranted by CT Scuderia to the owner for two years from the date of original purchase against defects in material or from workmanship. During the two-year warranty period, CT Scuderia will repair at no charge the timepiece if it is defective. To obtain service, please call in order to obtain a Return Authorization code for any watch repair. Send your timepiece using the shipping label provided below, and be accompanied by the original receipt from an authorized CT Scuderia Watches Dealer. In order to prevent damage, CT Scuderia recommends shipping your timepiece by insured mail in a carefully wrapped packaged. This limited warranty does not cover the batteries, the crystals, the straps and case covers. Also, it does not cover damage to the case or movement caused by humidity or moisture entering the watch owing to mishandling. In addition, this limited warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or damage caused as a result of servicing by an agency not authorized by CT Scuderia. The duration of any warranties implied by and not limited to the two year duration of this warranty.* *The exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty or any implied warranty is repair or replacement.
