Students are expected to select and read a minimum of three books from the list above. Upon their return to school, students will take AR tests on the three books they chose. Then complete the following tasks:
o
Make a mini-poster (8.5"x11") about one of the books you read from the summer reaading list. Be creative and use one or two of the following media: paint, marker, collage, crayon, real materials.
o
On a separate piece of paper, write the title, author, and illustrator of the book. Then write a few sentences to tell what the book was about and why you enjoyed reading it. Staple the paper to the back of your poster.
