To whom it may concern: I would like to request for records, under the Freedom of lnformation Act, that the agency keeps for the subject property 20650 Valley Green Drive, Cupertino California. Timex Corporation occupied the property from around 1970 through 1984 and dealt with radioactive materials. License no. 3351. Files I would like to request date from 1970 t o 1989. I've checked with NCR in Washington and contacted PDR. However, they didn't have any records and adviced me t o contact Region IV in Texas. They in turn told me t o make a formal FOlA request. Would it be possible t o have the records reproduced, if available? Also, what would be the timing for this effort (i.e. getting files off-site, etc)?
