TRAINEE GUIDE How do you connect to the campus? To connect to your Renault Trucks e-learning campus, please enter the following address in the Internet Explorer address bar: HTTP://RENAULT-TRUCKS.CAMPUS-ELEARNING.NET
Once on the home page, you can select the language you wish to use to connect to the training campus home page. Then enter your RTO ID (or the ID received in the notification) in the Username field and below the password transmitted to you (by default your password is your RTO ID). If you do not know your ID details, please contact your training manager.

Please note: At the moment the page “Catalogue offer” is not available.
The white box on the left of the page gives you access to the new training courses available, the courses in progress, and the latest announcements published by your training service, if any. Completed courses are no more displayed in this area, but are still available as any others of your courses from the page “My Courses”.

Profile
From the Profile page, you can check that your email address has been recorded correctly (on the right) and change your password by right-clicking your name. If there is a problem, contact IT LINE via
[email protected] or your training manager.

My Courses
The My Courses page gives you access to the training courses on which you are enrolled (most recent courses are shown first). To launch a training course, simply click on its title, then on “Enter course” in the drop-down list. Please note: if you stay inactive more than 90 minutes while carrying out a course, you will be automatically disconnected. You will then be able to enter again on this course and start at the beginning of the last attempted chapter*.
Please note: From this page you can see your training course "status" directly by means of the labels on the right.

* In case of problems, IT LINE is able to set you at the beginning of the last attempted chapter.

Please note: By clicking on a course, in addition to enter the course, you can (depending of the context):
Follow up your progression Display a certificate of completion (only if course’s status is “completed”) Communicate with your tutor See course details (score, time spent, …)
Please note: On some courses, you will be able to edit and print a diploma at the end of the quizz section (only if the quizz is passed).
Please note: To quit a course, it is recommended to use the dedicated button of the course rather than closing directly the browser window. Some examples depending of the different kind of courses:

Dashboard
Using the Dashboard page, you can view all the reports linked to your various training courses.
Please note: you can export or print your data by clicking on the specific buttons at the top of the page.

Enrolment calendar
This page shows a calendar of all the training sessions on which you are enrolled. You can obtain further information (date of enrolment – end date) on your training programs by clicking directly on the title of a training course.
