HardwareZone’s 15 Birthday Celebration, Indemnity and Release Form To: SPH Magazines Pte Ltd th
By participating in HardwareZone’s 15 Birthday Celebration the (“Event”), held and organised by SPH Magazines Pte Ltd (“SPHMAG”), I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following: 1.
I acknowledge that participating in the Event involves certain risks, and that injuries, death, property damage or other harm could occur to me or others. I accept and voluntarily incur all risks of any injuries, damages, or harm which arise during or result from my participation in the Activity, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other fault of SPHMAG, its subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, partners, and their respective employees, directors, officers, agents and representatives (“Released Parties”).

I hereby irrevocably consent to my appearance in the Event being filmed, recorded, incorporated and exploited in whole or in part in any television programme, film, video or broadcast of whatever nature by all means and in all media and formats now or invented after today's date; and irrevocably consent to the use and reproduction of my name, likeness, appearance and photographs, films and recordings by all means and in all media for the purpose of advertising, publicity and otherwise in relation to the exploitation of the Event and/or the promotion of the Event and the commercial rights relating to the Event provided that such use does not imply my direct endorsement of any official sponsor or supplier of the Event.

I hereby release and forever hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability whatsoever for any and all damages, losses, injuries or claims, including death, to persons or property or both, which arise out of, during or in connection with my participation in the Event, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties.
4.
I hereby agree to indemnify the Released Parties from any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and other litigation costs and expenses) incurred by any of the Released Parties as a result of any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action that I (or anyone claiming by, under or through me) may bring against any of the Released Parties to recover any losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses which arise out of, during or in connection with my participation in the Event, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties.
5.
If any provision of this Form is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of all other provisions (and, if applicable, the remainder of the provisions in question) shall not be affected.
6.
This Form is binding on myself, my respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives and assigns.

I fully understand and appreciate the effect of the above indemnity clauses, and hereby agree and declare on behalf of my Child/ Ward that the purpose of the indemnity clauses above will have equal binding effect on my Child/ Ward, and I will not hold SPH Magazines Pte Ltd responsible for any loss of life or injury to person or loss of damage to property of goods whatsoever and howsoever occasioned at the event.
