Waltrip Senior High School Band has been invited to perform during the Presidential Inaugural Celebration in Washington, D.C., in January 2013. Healthy Living Holiday and Tree Safety       

Keep live trees watered. Do not leave lights and candles unattended. Never put lit candles on the tree. Inspect your holiday lights for broken and frayed wires. Do not overload outlets. Never put wrapping paper in the fireplace. Use only nonflammable ornaments.

Let’s Decorate for the Holidays! Durham is asking for Poinsettia donations to decorate the campus with for holiday celebrations. Bring them in to the office or send them in with your child. Please get them in by Friday morning December 14.
