[email protected] Dear colleagues, Following our first call we now invite registration and abstracts submission for the III Iberian Symposium on Geometric Morphometrics to be held June 9th and 10th, 2017 at the Faculty of Arts (Facultat de Lletres) of the University of Girona (Catalonia, Spain). The meeting is organized by NEOMA Research Group, Faculty of Medicine, University of Girona. The III Iberian Symposium on Geometric Morphometrics is fast approaching and the deadline for abstract submission is less than one month away. The symposium will last two days, Friday and Saturday, divided into six sessions: a poster session and five podium presentation sessions. The submitted abstracts for these sessions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, which comprises
a

zoologists,
Professor Chris Klingenberg from the University of Manchester (UK).His research focuses on understanding how the great shape variability of the organisms have evolved by geometric morphometrics. Professor Paul O’Higgins from the University of York (UK). His research focuses on the evolution and function of the skeletal System by geometric morphometrics. Professor Joan San from the University of Girona. His research focuses on the human cranium geometrical form and the mechanical forces which support it.
Call for podium and poster presentations Podium and poster presentations are very welcome. The abstract submission is open until 6th March, 2017.
