the dough pieces pass through the appropriate proofing system for final proofing; the products are then refined, lidded and moved through the tunnel oven on a loading system. The number of oven modules is adapted to the required baking time in relation to the desired output. Following the unloading and unlidding processes, the baked products are passed to the cutting device and the packaging system via a cooling conveyor system.
