This paper revealed the current status of ICT use among health sciences lecturers in 10 Malaysian public universities. Lecturers’ ICT usage was examined in 8 ICT sub domains viz; Computer Use, Internet Use, Library Use, Hardware Use, Software Use, Digital Repository System (DRS) Use, Multimedia (Digital Materials) Use and Sharing on Peer to Peer. A validated questionnaire was sent to 190 lecturers from 10 Malaysian public universities and 90% responded. One Sample T – Test, Mann Whitney Test, One-Way ANOVA Test and Kruskal Willis Test were used for the analysis using SPSS 14. It was found that the participants’ ICT usage was below standard in all domains except Computer Use and the Internet Use. The overall ICT use was not significantly different between male and female participants though it was significantly different among 3 age groups (p < 0.05).The analysis revealed that although participants from the older age group (>50) had the greater working experience in teaching than their junior colleagues, their ICT use for the lecture preparations was significantly lower (P
