Our modern, hygienic production facilities in Manchester are accredited to British Retail Consortium standards and this is where our talented team use only the finest ingredients to produce both fresh and frozen products to meet individual customer specifications. Our customers includes major breweries, blue chip companies, sporting venues, premiership football clubs, high class hotel chains, restaurants and independent catering outlets. Our portfolio consists of over 500 product lines which are all hand finished. We strive to deliver a refreshing approach to product development that includes working with many of our customers on new and bespoke products as well as seasonal menu development. Our flexible and versatile approach allows us to grow with our customers and develop closer business relationships. Terms & Conditions General These terms of business apply to all goods agreed to be sold by the Seller to the Buyer (“the goods”) and cannot be varied or added to without written agreement to the Seller. Any recommendation or advice given by the Seller or its employees or agents, to the Buyer or its employees or agents as to the storage application or use of the goods, is followed or acted upon entirely at the Buyer’s own risk and accordingly the Seller shall not be liable therefore.

Prices Prices are subject to change without prior notification.

Orders Minimum order value £50.00. Orders below £50.00 are subject to a surcharge.

Risk and Property Risk of damage to or loss of the goods and all liability to third parties shall pass to the Buyer from the time when the Seller notifies the Buyer that the goods are available for collection or from the time of delivery, whichever is earlier. The Buyer shall notify the Seller of any shortages or defective goods ON DELIVERY. The Buyer is liable for payment of the goods on signed delivery.

Terms of Payment The Buyer agrees to pay the Seller by the 21st day of the month following invoice date. No deliveries can be made whilst the account is out of terms. The Seller may demand immediate payment of the total account balance, when the account is out of terms. The Seller reserves the right to charge interest and claim compensation on overdue accounts according to the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002. The Seller reserves the right to charge a re-delivery fee of £50.00, where it is necessary to re-deliver the Buyer’s order as a result of the Buyer’s failure to comply with the agreed arrangements such as payment on delivery.

Bankruptcy or Insolvency of Buyer If the Buyer has a receiver appointed over any of its assets or (being an individual or firm) becomes bankrupt or compounds with its creditors or (being a company) becomes insolvent or goes into liquidation (other than the purpose of amalgamation or reconstruction) or compounds with its creditors then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Seller:a) the full price for the goods (if delivered) shall be immediately payable notwithstanding any previous agreement to the contrary; b) The Seller shall have the right to cancel or suspend any further deliveries to the Buyer. c) If the price for any delivered goods is not forthwith paid, the Seller shall have the right to enter on to the Buyer’s premises and repossess the goods. 130
