Role Purpose: This role sits within the Fusion Delivery department. The individual in this role will form part of the application development team that is primarily responsible for managing the development and implementation of eCommerce business requirements, and technical innovation, into the Fusion product, thereby increasing Fusion penetration across multiple business areas and markets, whilst ensuring the Fusion brand is maintained and protected. Key Accountabilities:      

Responsible for delivering business driven functionality into new and existing Fusion applications. Own development tasks, taking responsibility for the quality of their delivery. Escalating development issues in a timely manner, and through appropriate channels. Liaising with other Fusion delivery teams to ensure the successful implementation of their code. Working according to the demands of the defined development process. Fulfil additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

Ability to develop new skills and understand new technology and products as required.

Technical Skills:  Experience of C#, Adobe Flex, Java, Javascript, HTML, ASP.Net  Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Basic SQL queries and stored procedures  Experience of Agile, TDD, and delivering across architectural tiers  Experience of delivering against third party APIs  Any experience of linear programming, optimisers and solvers, for example Gurobi, CPLEX or FICO (desirable)
