Guide des Vins Le Petit Futé 2012 http://www.petitfute.com/adresse/etablissement/id/513685/domaine-de-tara-produitsgourmands-alimentation-vin-vins-alcools-domaine-roussillon A lovely “mas” set in the village of Roussillon, in the Rhone Valley wine region. The Domaine de Tara with 11 hectares of vines and which was entirely restructured 20 years ago has been producing AOP Ventoux wines since 1973. The wines are genuine and distinctive. The vines and the soil as well as the vinification process are subjected to careful and creative attention, respectful of the work of nature. This enables a number of different “cuvées”: the “Terre d’Ocres” cuvée in the three colours, very fruity, and the “Hautes Pierres” cuvée red and white, powerful on the palate.
