School re-opens on Friday 15th June 2012 for Std. V to IX [State Board & CBSE].
Only on 15th June school timing will be from 10.15am to 1.15 pm. [State Board & CBSE] . Attendance on 1st day is compulsory.
From 18th June regular school i.e. (Monday to Friday :10.15am to 5.00pm.) Assembly starts at 10.05am sharp. Students have to be present in the school before the assembly or the student will be sent back home. Weekly test will be conducted in the first period of every Monday. Assignment sheets should be submitted compulsorily on the next day itself. Every Saturday will be a holiday.
Students should compulsorily wear temporary I-Cards right from the first day otherwise they will not be allowed in the school. This I-Card should be compulsorily worn by the students from the first day of the school. This is for your child’s identity. The I-Card should be pinned on the dress. P a r e n t s should fill the I-Card form on school website (www.imsschools.com) and upload child’s photo on it.
Students should have their own water bags with their name tag, and should carry napkins daily.
Parents are allowed to meet teachers only on Saturdays between 9.00am to 11.00am.
For State Board : Pay the following books amount in the school office from 3rd May to 9th May 2012 between 9.00am to 11.00am. For Std. V to IX - Rs. 1300/* School will provide note books and some compulsory books along with stationary material on 11th June Monday between 9.00am to 11.00am. * Parents please note that the books should be compulsorily collected on the above mentioned date only or books will not be given later on. Parents should buy Govt. Text books of all the subjects for Std. V to IX from out side.

For CBSE : CBSE students should collect the books from respective class teacher on 12th June Tuesday between 9.00am to 11.00am compulsorily. Parents please note that the books should be collected on the above mentioned date only or books will not be given later on.
Students have to come neat and tidy with ironed dress, polished shoes, I-cards, black belt for boys and black hair band for short hair and black ribbons tied for long hair for girls. This is to maintain discipline of the school and evaluation marks will be alloted on this basis. Uniforms are available at ‘Ronak Shop’ (Navi Peth) & shoes at ‘Bombay Foot Wear’ (Navi Peth).
10. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday : regular school uniform with black shoes, black socks & black belt. Wednesday : PT. Uniform is to be worn with white canvas shoes, white socks. Only navy blue colour sweaters, scarves are allowed. The colour of the P.T. uniform should be purchased according to the colour given by the class teacher on the open house day (only for new admissions). 11. Declaration form is to be filled in calendar with correct phone numbers and address, changes if any should be informed immediately to the class teacher in writing. Personal Information form should be filled on the school website (www.imsschools.com) along with I-Card form. 12. If the original school leaving certificates are not submitted during admission, submit it in the school office. (for new admissions) 13. Bus / Van and Mess facilities are optional. These facilities have to be taken for the whole year & cannot be discontinued in between. 14. Bus / Van facility is provided by “Patel Bus Services”. It is operated by Mr. Usman Gani Patel right from June 2002. Students have to fill seperate form for bus services on the school website - www.imsschools.com. Bus facility will be provided only for those students who fill the concerned form and pay Rs. 2000/- as advance fees before 9th May 2012. Total yearly bus fees is Rs.8000/-. Students who don’t complete this procedure before 9th May 2012 will not be provided bus service. Bus facility will be provided from 1st day itself i.e. 15th June 2012. 15. Mess facility is provided by “Annapurna Caterers”. It is operated by Mrs. Anita Kulkarni right from June 2002. Students have to fill seperate form for mess services on the school website www.imsschools.com. Fees for Mess services will be informed on 1st June 2012 on school websitewww.imsschools.com. Mess service for interested students will start from 18th June 2012. Note : Parents who don’t have internet facility at home can fill the online forms at nearby internet or computer centres else they can fill it on our school computers from 3rd May to 9th May 2012 between 10.00am to 4.00pm.
