Minutes of the Rrevenue meetins held on 24l0t2l12 at 11.00 A.M in the chamber of the D.M & Collector. Khowai. List of participants is shown at an Annexure "A".

welcoming all the participants the D M & Collector, Khovrai initiated decussion. The following points have lbeen reviewed in the meeting.
1. Allotment
of khas land to the individual families.
Details of progress are fumished in the Agenda Note.
It
reveals that SDM,
Khowai has prepared 72 Nos allotment proposals & SDM, Teliamura has prepared 46
Nos allotment proposals rluring this months. Two Sub-Divisional level allotment committee meeting was held @ 2 at Teliamura
& Khowai Sub-Division. Last target

25 Nos allotment proposal. SDM, Khowai has stated tha.t due to non-availability of PRTC allotment order has not been issued in some of the, cases. SDM, Khowai shall initiate proposal for all eligible cases with election I Cards immediately.

Khas land in respect of establishment of police line for SP. Khowai.
SDM, Khowai was requested to find out suitable khas land of about 30 acres and initiat,s allotment proposal.

SDM, Khowai has also reported that allotment proposal in respect of Assam Rifles at Ratanpur. Ganki
&
Champahour has
not yet
been
finalized. He has also reported that some jote land is in occupation of Assam Rifles camp at Ratanpur and Airport land has been occupied at Ganki. Allotment proposal has been approved by the Rev. Deptt. in respect
of
Champahoun and premium assessed
at Rs. 89,4001- Assam Rifles
authority has requested for exemption for premium. Report regarding above details herve been sent to Rev. Deptt. for necessary course of action.
