Br.Atam Prakash was born in Maharashtra, India, in a deeply religious family. He graduated from a Master of Science Degree in Chemistry with a gold medal from Nagpur University in 1973. At that time he also came into contact with Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University (B.K.W.S.U.). For the past 30 years, he has being practising and teaching Raja Yoga meditation. B.K. Atam Prakash has travelled extensively to all parts of India teaching Raja Yoga, giving inspirational radio talks, interviews and lectures.
