GENERAL RIDER TO CONTRACT MICHEL CAMILO – SOLO PIANO

RIDER TO BE ATTACHED AND MADE PART OF THE CONTRACT DATED BETWEEN (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE ARTIST AND/OR HIS REPRESENTATIVE) AND (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE PURCHASER/EMPLOYER). Please read this rider carefully. It is an essential part of the attached contract for a performance by the Artist. By signing it, you are agreeing to supply the Artist with certain equipment and working conditions, which are essential to his performance. Any breach of the terms of this rider is a breach of the contract and may cause cancellation of the performance, without releasing you from the obligation to pay Artist. ARTIST requires all of the following, which shall be provided by Purchaser at his sole cost and expense: 1 • Hotel accommodations: One Suite for 2 persons with a King bed (bedroom area separate from the living room area) at a Five Star Hotel (5*****) at the hotel’s Executive/Club level floor, and one (1) single room with breakfast included. Non-smoking rooms preferably. 2 • Internal transportation: Purchaser shall provide internal roundtrip transportation to and from airport to the hotel, in a comfortable vehicle(s) that can comfortably accommodate three (3) persons with four (4) pieces of luggage. Also, roundtrip transportation to and from hotel to and from soundcheck, and to and from the place of performance. 3 • Terms of Payment: Unless otherwise specified, Purchaser shall pay any and all payments due to Artist as per terms specified in the contract. Purchaser is responsible for payment of any applicable local government taxes and union dues, as well as work or visa permits if applicable. Artist is hired as an independent contractor.

4 • Catering: Purchaser shall provide at his own expense, a hot dinner for three persons on the night of performance. Also, the Artist’s dressing room shall be provided with: mineral water (with and without gas), coffee, soft drinks, one bottle of red wine, one bottle of chilled French Champagne in a bucket of ice, sandwiches, cheese and bread/crackers and fruits.

5 • Dressing room: Purchaser shall make available one (1) clean and private dressing room that, well lighted, heated or air-conditioned (depending on the season), contain chairs and be close to private lavatories (W.C.) which are supplied with soap, toilet tissue and at least two (2) towels. 6 • Employer shall not commit Artist to any personal appearances, and/or interviews of any kind, or any type of promotion without Artist's prior consent. 7 • Artist reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine the content of his performance. 8 • Billing: Artist shall receive EQUAL billing on all advertising, posters, flyers, programs, tickets, etc. if a Festival format Artist to receive 100% Co-Billing. BILLING SHOULD READ: “MICHEL CAMILO” or, “MICHEL CAMILO - SOLO PIANO”

Revised as of January 2013 9 • Recording of Performance: No recording or videotaping rights of any kind are granted without the written approval of Artist or his Manager. Purchaser shall not permit and will prevent the recording, filming, taping, video-taping, photographing of Artist's performance or of any portion thereof, nor the manufacture, distribution and/or sale of any and all souvenir items associated with Artist or the Artist’s performance, without the prior written consent of Artist or his representative.

10 • Complimentary tickets: Purchaser will make available 6 complimentary seats per show to Artist, for which his/her representative will contact box office or Purchaser no later than the afternoon of concert as to how many or if all tickets will be used. 11 • Security: Purchaser shall provide proper security to ensure the safety of the Artist and Artist’s equipment at all times, before, during and after the performance. 12 • Non-Performance/Force Majeure: In the event of sickness or of accident to Artist, or if a performance is prevented, rendered impossible or infeasible, by any act or regulation of any public authority or bureau, act of God, civil turmoil, strike, epidemic, interruption in or delay of transportation services, war conditions or emergencies, or any cause beyond the control of Artist or Purchaser, it is understood and agreed that there shall be no claim for damages by either party to this contact, and Artist’s obligations as to such performance shall be deemed waived except that Artist shall be entitled to be paid pro-rata for any performances rendered prior to any such event. Any deposits already paid to Artist shall be returned to Purchaser within 15 days after the announcement of Force Majeure, minus the cost of any non-refundable airline tickets incurred by Artist to come to play the concert(s). Photocopies of airline tickets shall be submitted as proof of expenses.

13 • Name and Likeness Rights: Artist agrees Purchaser may use Artist’s name, pictures, photographs and other life-likeness in connection with the advertising and publicizing of the engagement hereunder, but such use shall not be as an endorsement of any product or service. Such rights shall extend and continue in effect only during the period beginning with the execution of this agreement and continuing during and throughout the term of this agreement.

14 • Assignment, Alteration and Notices: This agreement cannot be assigned, transferred, or amended without written mutual consent. All notices to Artist shall be in writing. Any delinquency in the payments as outlined under this contract will automatically put this agreement into default. The Artist may then choose to cancel this agreement or any part thereof, and any funds or airline tickets previously received will be forfeited as liquidated damages.

TECHNICAL RIDER – MICHEL CAMILO – SOLO PIANO 1 • One Hamburg Steinway Concert Grand Piano - Model D - 9 foot (274cm). Piano must be tuned to 442 hz or 440 hz on each day of performance. Piano must be tuned before the start of the soundcheck and then again before the start of the performance. *In case of a two-part concert, the Piano must be re-tuned during the intermission.

2 • SOUND SYSTEM: A professional quality Sound System with separate equalization on each channel and a Sound Engineer. Artist requires a minimum one (1) hour set-up and soundcheck. Artist reserves the right to use his own sound engineer. 3 • SOUND EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS:

24 CHANNEL CONSOLE: Soundcraft series Viena, or Yamaha 3500, or Midas XL 3-4. SPEAKERS: Meyer, EAW or Turbosound brand. MICROPHONES: Two (2) AKG 414 EB.

MONITORS. Two (2) movable floor wedges.

4 • A safe and securely erected stage with sufficient space and dimensions for the Artist to perform comfortably and safely.

IMPORTANT: If the Theater has good acoustics, then the concert can be done without amplification.
