Recommended Dilutions

Flow Cytometry 1:10 - 1:1000, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence 1:10 1:2000 Useful as an isotype-matched control (for the relevant formats) for WB, IP, IHC, Functional assay, and IF microscopy. Use the isotype control at the same concentration as the experimental antiobdy. Optimal dilution of this antibody should be experimentally determined.

Images Flow Cytometry: Mouse IgM Isotype Control (MM-30) [NBP2-27284] Cell surface analysis of TRA-1-81 on NCCIT cells using 0.5 ug of this antibody. Green histogram represents isotype control red represents anti-TRA-1-81 antibody. Cell surface flow kit was used for this test (cells were not fixed for testing).
