User guide to connect your Nokia E72 to the TU Delft Exchange Server If you still use Exchange 2003, you use legacywebmail.tudelft.nl as Outlook Web Access server
1 Introduction You can use this manual if you have a Nokia E72 and you are already migrated or soon will be migrated to Exchange 2010. If you have problems with the settings for Mail for Exchange, please contact the Service Desk of your faculty.
2 Mail settings 1. On the homescreen please choose “@ E-mail instellen” or “@E-mail setup”
2. The following screen will appear. Please choose “E-mail inst. Starten” or “Start E-mail Setup”
3. Choose: Start
4. Choose: Accept

5. Choose from this list: Mail for Exchange
6b. Fill in: -Your netid -dastud as the domain
7b. Choose “Back”

6a. Fill in: -Your TU Delft emailaddress, -Your netid-password
7a. Afterwards press next. You will see this screen:
8. In this window you need to type this: webmail.tudelft.nl
9. This is a warning saying that you can only synchronize your outlook data (e-mails, calendar, contacts) using the T-mobile Internet or using the Nokia PC Suite. Just press OK
10. Please choose from this list what you want to Synchronize and press afterwards “Next”.
11. Choose remove from phone. .
12. Choose: Accept
13. Mail for Exchange has been setup succesfully. After a few minutes you will see the following window:
14. A green circle above means: Synchronization succeeded.

15. When you go to Calendar, you will see that your calendar has also been synchronized.
