Roles & Responsibilities: This position will be with an Immediate Onsite requirement - to Identify, Design, Develop and Implement systems and process solutions for process improvements and enhancements. Tasks include: Design, develop and document business solutions/applications using Oracle technologies including: publishing and consuming web services. Experience working on - XML Processing ( XSD creation, Marshaling and Unmarshaling using Java ) Document and deliver technical specifications, Collaborate with technical counterparts Strong Analytical and problem solving skills along with knowledge and experience in design methodologies Ability to work as part of team and Interpersonal skills to interact with team members Communication skills to work effectively with team members, support personnel, and clients. Requirement for this position: Must: - Minimum experience in publishing and consuming web services (Top down or Bottom up approaches both works We are expecting minimum knowledge on WSDL). - XML Processing ( XSD creation, Marshaling and Unmarshaling using Java) - Oracle PL/SQL Stored procedure programming experience. Good to have: - Axis2 experience - ESB experience ( any tool is okay) - XSLT experience - XQuery experience - Any Spring modules experience ( Spring Batch Jobs, Spring Security, Spring MVC, Spring Web Services etc) Ideal candidates having prior health-care, insurance and/or Medicaid related experience, but not mandatory.
