Harvey McMurchy and John Fan ning Killed Straight. There was a good attendance of pigeon shooters at Iiigleside, San Francisco, on April 2. The attraction was the regular shoot of the California Wing Club, and the wind-up of an unfinished race for the Olympia challenge medal. In the first event at 12 birds H. Mc Murchy, of the Hunter Arms Co., Fulton, N* Y.; ,1. S. Fanning, of Gold Dust pow der fame; O. M. Fuedner, H. C. Golcner. "Slade" and Dr. Barker killed straight. In shooting up a back score Golcher killed 12 more straight, giving Him a record of 24 straight for the day. In the medal shoot the tie was shot as far as possible. Three men with un finished score qualified on this day. As n result the ownership is still unsettled. The first tie resulted in W. J. Golcher and F. Feudner dropping out. This left five men in the race and after shooting up all of the birds they were still even. The men still in the race are AJ, M. Shields, "Blade." C. F. Stone, A. M. Barker and Chick Lion. As the handi caps stand Lion has the best chance to win. He has the biggest handicap in the hunch and is shooting in splendid form, as evidenced by the fact that yesterday out of 32 birds he lost only two. The de tailed score of the club race and first medal tie is as follows:

At the Fifth Annual Sportsmen©s Exposition Tournament at New York, March 2d to 15th, F. C. Koss won the Rifle Championship; H. M. Pope, Louis Buss and B. S. Pillard tied for first place in Continuous Rifle Match; and Dr. A. A. Webber won the Pistol Championship.
