Notice is hereby given that any person at any time before the grant of Patent may give representation by way of opposition to the Controller of Patents at appropriate office on the ground and in a manner specified under section 25(1) of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 read with Rule 55 of the Patents (Amendment) Rules, 2006. Notice is also given that if any interested person requests for copies of the complete specification, drawing and abstract of any application already published, the photocopy of the same can be supplied by the Patent Office as per the jurisdiction on payment of prescribed fees of Rs.4/- per page. If any further details are required to be obtained, the same can be provided by the respective Patent Offices on request.

Special Notice Under the new provision of the Patents Act, 1970 as amended by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 and Rules there under, Publication of the matter relating to Patent in the Official Gazette of India Part III, Section 2 has been discontinued and instead of “The Official Journal of the Patent Office” is being published containing all the activities of The Patent Offices such as publication of all the patent applications after 18th months , grant of patent & all other information in respect of the proceedings as required under the provisions of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 and Rules there under on weekly basis on every Friday.

The price of each copy of the journal is Rs. 400/- in paper form and that is Rs. 250/- in CD-ROM form, while annual subscription of the journal for a calendar year 2007 is Rs. 20,000/- in paper form and that is Rs. 12,000/- in CD-ROM form. There will be 52 issues in a calendar year .The annual subscription for the Year 2007 is required to be paid in advance in any of the Patent Office located at Kolkata, New Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai. The copy of the Journal will be sent by Courier or Speed Post.

A request should be made accompanied by payment for annual subscription either in cash or cheque/Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Controller of Patents, payable at the respective Office. Other mode of payment i.e. M.O/I.P.O. or any out station cheque will not be accepted. The annual subscription should be made immediately ST

In this paper I will demonstrate a new way of protein sequence identification by Infra red spectroscopy. My discovery overcomes the accuracy of protein sequencing observed in LC and is cost effective and comparatively quick as compared to HPLC. I have integrated the detection phase of FTIR and the elution phase of HPLC and have made a new type of protein sequencer.

VMSS calculates the estimated time of departure / arrival (ETD / ETA) as the case may be. In the event the passenger does not arrive at the designated destination within the ETD / ETA the VMSS alerts the rescue team / police station. Further, the passenger has the option to immobilize the vehicle under unusual circumstances by pressing the PANIC Button on the REMOTE KEY. The PANIC Button initiates the vehicle immobilizer which halts the vehicle within 10secs, where after, the vehicle cannot move; and transmits a distress signal to the VMSS which in turn alerts the rescue team / police station.

A similar increase in the tensile strength and modulus and flexural strength and modulus of the nanocomposite blend to the tune of 65% and 32 36 % and 66 16 % and 48 53% was observed. Incorporation of hexadecylammonium modified Na-MMT (OMMT) also increased the impact strength of POM/TPU blend matrix modestly to 180.40 J/m at 5 wt% loading. Tensile strength of the blend also increased with addition of this nanoclay by a factor of 53%, and was almost comparable to the POM matrix. Tensile Modulus of POM/TPU blend also reached to a same value, from 907.42 to 1109 MPa, a much more modest reduction than expected with the incorporation of only TPU in the POM matrix. Flexural strength and modulus of the blend matrix increased to the tune of 41% and 36.1% respectively. WAXD patterns of the blend nancomposites displayed exfoliated nanomorphology in C30B blend nanocomposites with intercalated structure in the OMMT blend nanocomposite system TEM micrographs also confirmed improved exfoliation as well as intercalation in C30B blend nanocomposite system.

The 902 bp fragment in the hybrid as well as the parents (high vigour/high storer) exhibit same pattern of this fragment. Dated this 4th day of September 2006 BRIEF ABSTRACT OF INVENTION Silkworm {Bombyx mori L.) races are classified on the basis of voltinism as Univoltines, Bivoltines and Multivoltines (or polyvoltines), depending upon the number of generations possible in a year, under natural conditions. In tropics generally, all the silkworms producing diapausing type of eggs are referred to as bivoltines and the non-diapausing as multivoltine or polyvoltines. Generally, polyvoltine eggs under tropical conditions hatch in 10 to 11 days of laying whereas in bivoltine silkworms do not hatch. They are artificially hatched by acid treatment or low temperature hibernation schedule. Acid treatment is the process in which, bivoltine silkworm eggs are treated with Hydrochloric acid of a particular specific gravity (ranging from 1.076 to 1.1) at a definite temperature (ranging from 25 to 48.6°C) for a specific period of time (ranging from 5 to 90 minutes). KSSRDI has developed a novel method of hatching bivoltine eggs alternate to the artificial hatching currently in vogue.
